Circulation Procedures

​Students can check out two books at a time for up to 2 weeks.  A book may be renewed only if the student presents the book at the circulation desk at the time of renewal. Self Check-In and Self Check-out stations are set up in our Media Center.

Teachers may check out an unlimited number of resources for a three week period. Materials should not be passed on to other teachers, as the teacher checking out he material is responsible for returning it to the media center. Note: Students are not allowed to check out any materials in a teacher's name.​

ClassLink and Office365

Step One

Click https://launchpad.classlink.com/bibb and type your information using the format below and press enter after you type the password.

username  john.doe23 (your first name.lastname year of graduation)

 password  ask school staff  

After ClassLink loads, search for and click on Office 365. On the menu page you should see Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint and other selections.
